Hurd Psychology is In-Network for the following Insurances:
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- ForwardHealth (Medicaid, BadgerCare)
- HealthEOS
- Security Health
- The Alliance
- WEA
- WPS

Hurd Psychology can bill Out-of-Network for:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Humana
- Physicians Plus (PPO)
- UnitedHealthcare

We accept private payment for services and are continually working to add to the list of insurances that are accepted.  

We also offer a sliding scale fee based on financial need.
